2 ragazzi etiopi avevano scritto degli articoli sui cantieri della solidarietà tenutisi qua l'anno scorso: gli articoli erano destinati ad una fanzine ke non è mai stata realizzata. abbiamo deciso di onorare il loro sforzo di scrittura rispolverandoli visto ke in sto weekend a Milano c'era 1 incontro formativo x i campi.. La vita nel Summer campo può non essere come te l’aspettavi. Tu puoi pensare che il Summer camp significhi semplicemente vivere in allegria con quella gente bianca, facendo qualche piccola attività. Invece vuol dire dimenticare se stessi e vivere per la felicità degli altri.
Non c’è posto per l’orgoglio personale: l’orecchio del Summer camp non vuole sentire queste questioni. Se pensi al tuo onore, odierai l’attività e dell’idea del Summer camp avrai capito meno di una gocciolina d’acqua nell’Oceano che si chiede dov’è finita.
Ci sono un sacco di persone che aspettano il tuo aiuto e il tuo affetto con un caldo sorriso. Devi ricordarti che si tratta di persone differenti, dal bambino piccolo all’anziano. Quando vai da loro devi dimenticarti di tutto, tranne che del tuo scopo.
Quando li raggiungi tu non sei l’uomo che serve le persone, ma diventi il loro strumento perché loro possano fare quello che vogliono. Non scordarti che tu sei responsabile per loro.
Non c’è la differenza nel Summer camp: la nostra differenza è la nostra bellezza. Questo è simbolizzato dall’arcobaleno e l’arcobaleno è formato da vari colori. Persone, situazioni, desideri, posti, tempi, problemi ed emozioni sono contenuti nel nostro arcobaleno. Quando ci sei dentro lascia le tue impronte su questo percorso e le parti dell’arcobaleno diventeranno parti della tua vita.
È questo il significato del Summer camp! Fare piccoli gesti con grande amore, iniziare il tuo lavoro con un bel sorriso, prepararti a prendere sulle tue spalle delle responsabilità, perché tu diventi un membro del Summer camp e, lo ripeto, la nostra diversità costituisce la nostra bellezza.

Life in Summer camp means may not as we think behind. We may think that Summer camp means: just living with those white people with joy and doing any little activities... But rather living in Summer camp means that living with different people by forgetting yourself and live for other’s happiness.
In this life the question of self honour has no place. The ear of Summer camp doesn’t want to listen this kind of question. If you compare the activity with yourself honour and hate the activity, again in Summer camp’s mind you have no place even like a water droplet in the Ocean.
There are so many people who wait your help and your love with warm smile. Have you must consider one thing is that these people are different people, starting from the little boy up to the old man everybody wait you. You mustn’t remember anything except your aim when you are going to these people.
When you reach to them you are not the man who serves people. But you become their instrument to do whatever they want. But don’t forget that you are responsible for them.
In Summer camp there’s no difference. Our difference is our beauty. This is symbolized by the rainbow and the rainbow contains different things in it. People, situations, wishes, place, time, problems and feelings are the contents of this rainbow. When you are stay the camp you must take a journey on this track and the parts of the rainbow become the part of your life.
This is what mean by “Summer camp!!”. Do little things with big love, starting your activity with warm smile, prepare yourself to accept and carrying responsibility because you became the member of this camp the reason why you are different as we said earlier in Summer camp our difference is our beauty.
